CancellatioN & CREDIts Policy For TERM RIDING Lessons

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all riders, please note the following:

Each rider may receive up to TWO lesson credits per term for missed lessons (more than 24 hours notice)

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will strictly not be credited.

Bad Weather Policy 

Lessons are rarely cancelled due to inclement weather.  Cancellation charges apply if lesson is going ahead and the customer chooses to cancel due to weather. A full credit will always be issued if we cancel a lesson, and this does not count towards your two-term credits.

Customers are advised to bring suitable clothing for the season of the year. Waterproof jacket and trousers are strongly recommended.

We reserve the right to cancel riding because of bad weather at any time.

RIDING IS A RISK SPORT

Your choice to ride is voluntary. We take all reasonable care to provide suitable and safe horses and ponies for all our clients. All animals can be unpredictable. We strongly advise you to take out full personal accident cover.
